Vision
Our vision is to resource the local pastor and ministry leader in several ways. Conferences are certainly a part of that but we don't want it to stop there. We have 4 specific areas that we will continually provide opportunism to grow in.
Conferences:
These conferences will be the most competitive in their content and their cost. We have already begun relationships with nationally recognized and respected church leaders and authors. Our conferences will be fun, relational, creative and provide a great place for small church leaders from around the country to connect and get resources that will actually enhance their type of ministry and designed to work within any budget.
Retreats:
SCC will provide pastors and ministry leaders retreats every year that will give them opportunities to actually have meaningful dialogue with key leaders throughout our country. These retreats will be limited in number of attendees. The retreat setting will be relational not just informational. This is key! Most of these church leaders will never have an opportunity to actually talk with these national leaders. In fact, at most conferences, all you get is information and then you go home. These retreats will serve as refreshers, networking opportunities, creativity builders and relational times that will serve to strengthen the hearts and resolve of theses small church leaders.
Resources:
SCC is committed to providing ongoing support, connectivity and training tools to the thousands of small church leaders throughout our country. We will have web-based tools that will be at every ministry leaders fingertips whenever they might need it. Books, Cd's, articles, blogs, discussion forums and much more.
Community:
SCC is committed to connecting small church pastors and leaders from different areas together to 'live' ministry together. We will facilitate round-table discussions to help tackled the hard day to day struggles that come with leading a church. SCC desires to see the local pastor partner with other local pastors to help build the Kingdom together.
